The Finance and Accounts Office performs the following functionalities:

	Preparation of the annual budget proposals
	Keeping of the University’s accounts
	Preparing regular reports relating to finance and accounts
	Receipt of all funds for the University
	Making of payments on the basis of authorized documents
	Preparing payroll, student's pocket-allowance bill and the final accounts
	Member Secretary of the Finance Committee
	All other matters relating to Finance and Accounts
