On behalf of Administration of the Islamic University of Technology (IUT), I the Registrar of the University would like to take this opportunity to warmly welcome you to IUT, a subsidiary organ of the OIC representing 57 member states of the Ummah. The main objective of IUT is to contribute in developing the human resources of the member states of the OIC, particularly in the fields of science, engineering, technology management, technical and vocational education. In order to fulfill this mandate, IUT offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate academic programmes in the aforementioned niche fields. It regularly conducts international and regional seminars and workshops to keep abreast of the latest technological advancements. Our highly qualified faculty members and skilled staff are constantly striving through to render quality services to students and all the stakeholders of IUT keeping the University’s vision and mission upheld.
As one of the vital administrative wings of IUT, the Registry Office headed by the Registrar is responsible for carrying out multiple functions that include admissions of UG and PG students, registrations, conduction of examinations, and convocation/graduation ceremonies. It is also responsible for maintaining academic records of the students, issuance of transcripts, certificates, and all other relevant academic and administrative services for the students. In addition to the aforesaid matters, the Registry Office is responsible for supervision of Campus Security & Environment and also in charge of the daily management of the Medical Services to the staffs and students through the University Medical Centre.
In conclusion, the IUT website, with its vital information and facts, opens the gates to the potential students to join and advance their academic career in the market-driven Engineering, Technology Management and Technical & Vocational programmes in an Islamic and conducive learning environment.
