​It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to our vibrant and progressive faculty of Islamic University of Technology (IUT) as Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technical Education (FSTE). Our faculty is dedicated to delivering top-notch instruction and promoting innovation in science, business administration and technology management, and technical education. Our goal is to create graduates with adequate knowledge, skill, and attitude they need to prosper in a world that is rapidly changing. We hope to see our graduates like the stars in the sky. We are committed to fostering an atmosphere where teachers and students may work together for academic achievement and research growth. I encourage you to learn more about our programs, interact with our teachers, and seize all of the chances we present. Our program curricula were shaped based on the OIC Charter, the OIC STI Agenda, the OIC Action Plan, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the UN. According to the IUT’s Strategic Plan : 2021 – 2026, our programs also emphasize student-centered learning, innovation through research, partnerships with industries for knowledge transfer, internationalization, accreditation, student population growth, and university’s financial stability.


Currently, the Faculty of Science and Technical Education (FSTE) houses the Department of Technical and Vocational Education (TVE), the Department of Business and Technology Management (BTM), and the Department of Natural Sciences (NSc). These departments under FSTE provide Bachelor of Business Administration in Technology Management, Master of Science in Technical Education, Doctor of Engineering in Technical Education, and Diploma in Technical Education.
