Hall Registration Schedule
This is to notify all newly admitted female students, who have been awarded OIC Full/Partial scholarship (from the host country), under different Bachelor Programmes for the A.Y. 2022-2023 the Hall Registration will commence from 25 July 2023 as per the following schedule. Registered students from their respective departments are advised to bring relevant documents and proof of payment to the Provost Office inside the Female Students’ Halls of Residence and complete the hall registration during office hours. For Continuing self-finance students, who have been allocated seats vide hall notification dated 07 July 2023, the hall registration will be carried out on the 28 July 2023.

Registration Procedure
1.
Students, who have completed the payment of $6,500, need to collect the ​Receipt Voucher (RV)​ showing the proof of payment from the Accounts Office at the 3rd level of the Administrative Building. 
2.
OIC full Scholarship holders need to show evidence of enrollment. 
3.
Students shall ​fill and submit the following documents​ at the Registration Booth in the Provost Office inside the Female Hall on the day of registration:

Five 5 recent photographs (2 passport size and 3 stamp size) of the student

Copy of Vaccination Certificate/Card.
4.
After completion of Registration, contact the Hall Supervisor (Ms. Hera) inside the hall for ​collection of room key and other items​ as provided by the University.
